For me, learning is one of the most important and important things in the world. Without education there is nothing. It is important to learn and be good educators so that students have the necessary interest in their education. Youth and children are the future of our country and our nation. They are the most important people. This is why we must give everything for everything for them and that their education and teaching is of the utmost importance. In the same way, educate them about values and be good people. It is an aspect that each student should have.
Regarding discipline in the classroom, I strictly believe that in order to learn there must be a sense of respect. Without making them feel any kind of fear or intimidation. Because in the end, it doesn't matter who you are or how old you are, we're all the same; human beings with feelings, problems and weaknesses and we all deserve respect. We are meant to lead and facilitate the learning process, not hinder its development. It is important never to penalize or embarrass the student for giving a "wrong answer."
Classroom management and discipline
Based on the evaluation of each student, I believe that each one is a different individual and some need special attention. It is essential to edit the curriculum according to the student and the teaching methods depending on the individual needs of each student. As for grades, I don't believe in the grading system. A grade does not define the student. I will teach students in a way that they do not value a grade more than the knowledge they have acquired. I believe that practice is key and all the material that students are taught must be put into practice. For example, when taught a new language, students must be exposed to the outside world and only allowed to communicate in the language in which they are learning. Also, if you're teaching literature, students shouldn't just be able to write their own stories. So they can better understand and analyze.
